You may drive on public roads with speed limits of 45 mph or less throughout Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains area.

Yes, car seats are allowed for children.

Drivers must be at least 21 and have Proof of Auto Insurance in driver’s name and have completed our rental agreement prior to departure.

Pets are allowed, but you are responsible for your vehicle during your rental. We recommend bringing a blanket or two to prevent any damage to the interior of the vehicles.

Yes. All of our UTVs are fully automatic and easy to operate.

Each rental includes a quick safety and operating overview before departure.

Each UTV is provided with a full tank of premium (93) fuel at pickup.

You must return the vehicle with a full tank of 93 premium gasoline.

For convenience, you may select the “No-Stop Fuel Refill” add-on at checkout, and we will handle refueling for you.

Failure to return the vehicle with premium fuel may result in additional charges.

No. Rentals are reserved for a specific time block, and early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.

In cases of severe weather deemed unsafe, we may offer rescheduling options at management’s discretion.
